Changelings

Changelings are subtle shapeshifters capable of disguising their appearance. Their ability to adopt other creatures’ guises makes them consummate spies and criminals. As a changeling, you have the following racial traits.

Racial Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 1.

Size. Changelings are built much like humans, but a little leaner. Your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Duplicity. You gain proficiency in the Deception skill.

Minor Change Shape. Changelings have the supernatural ability to alter their appearance as though using a disguise self spell that affects their bodies but not their possessions. This ability is not an illusory effect, but a minor physical alteration of a changeling’s facial features, skin color and texture, and size, within the limits described for the spell. A changeling can use this ability at will, and the alteration lasts until she changes shape again. A changeling reverts to her natural form when killed. Truesight reveals her natural form. When using this ability to create a disguise, a changeling receives advantage on Disguise checks, and does not require the use of a disguise kit. Using this ability is an action.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and two other languages of your choice.
