Kellah. A human hunter and warrior who is part of the Vellann tribe that used to avoid civilization, having occasional contact with Newhaven before the war. Much of the tribe has been killed by the goblins in the area who have become more numerous and organized in recent years. They have been driven away from the mountains which they called home. The Chief decided that the Vellann should try to make a home in New Cyre. The tribe generally has a good opinion of the Prince and believe he is a good man.

-A wilderness character, a fish out of water -From a tribe that lives in the nearby mountains, had very occasional contact with the people of Newhaven (before the war) -A tribe of people, they stayed there during the war -They're kind of pensive about the new settlers, but not too concerned, because of their positive experiences with the Newhavians -Very unaccustomed to technology and magic -Tribe has had problems with the goblins, and with their newfound strength and organization, they've forced the tribe out of their traditional homeland, driving them out of the mountains. -Three families or so who've moved into New Cyre, and are trying to make a home there now -Guardian of his people, protects the, ensures they are taken care of -Everyone in the tribe is family -An adrenaline junky, love adventuring, fighting, hunting, competition -A sense of invincibility - "I haven't died yet" -Lots of respect for the Prince and interested in the new society of New Cyre
