*The party sent a telegraph to Ramsey in New York to update him on their investigation
*Ramsey responded that they should look up Charles, a french doctor operating in Shanghai, a friend of Jackson
*The party split up: Len and Lucas went down to the docks to see if they could learn anything about the ship from the photograph, while Elijah and Muragi investigated the murder on Lantern street
*Len and Lucas spotted the Dark Mistress, and found out that the crew is now well liked, that it has a british registry, and that it travels back and forth between Shanghai and Grey Dragon island
*Elijah and Muragi investigated the flower girl house, and learned that Jack Brady's girlfriend was working there, but was moved to another house the day before the attack
*Checking her new house, they learned that she had only been there a few days before disappearing
*Party met with Captain Taro, who tipped them off as to the Warehouse where New China was operating out of
*Elijah had a pretty uneventful dinner with Miss Lin
*The group went to the Shanghai Museum to see if they could track down any scholars who might be able to help them, were referred to Miss Lin, XXXX, and Mr. Mu, the former assistant curator of the museum
*On going to meet with Mr Mu, they found Jack Brady hiding in his house, and after a tense initial meeting, exchanged information and made plans for the future
*Brady learned from the party that his girlfriend was taken by the Ho Fang, and is resolved to try and rescue her, even if it endangers the mission.
*Mr. Mu informs the party that he'll need another 8 days to finish the translation of the Cryptical Books of Hasan

--Brady's plan is to finish the translation, then raid Grey Dragon Island with New China, possibly enlisting the aid of the Japanese military, kill Penhew, destory his machine, and then seal the area
